NYC Parks Dept. worker charged with hate crime for deadly shooting of migrant who pitched tent in park

Rodriguez Marcano, 30, confronted the Parks staff member and both argued until Mitchell went to his automobile and went back to blink a gun inside his waistband prior to his colleagues drew him away, authorities claimed.

The murder was initially believed to be connected to a deadly capturing of two guys outside a close-by migrant sanctuary simply mins later on in what was a deadly and terrible evening for the city’s migrant population.

The 23-year-old alleged awesome was assigned to clean Steuben Playground near the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway in Clinton Hillside and grew angered that migrants from nearby sanctuaries established camp in the park, according to cops and district attorneys sources.
